We recently completed our family trip of 13 members to Gangasagar and Kolkata in February 2026, and we would like to sincerely thank your team for the excellent arrangements throughout the journey. From transportation to coordination, everything was very well managed, making our trip smooth and comfortable for such a large family group. One of the most memorable experiences was the vegetarian food arranged on the ferry. Since ferry services usually cater mostly to non-vegetarian options, we honestly did not expect such thoughtful preparation. The quality and availability of proper vegetarian food was a wonderful surprise and highly appreciated by our family. A special thanks to Tanmay, our tour guide, who was truly awesome. His helpful nature, local knowledge, and constant support made the trip even more enjoyable. He ensured everything ran smoothly and always made sure our family was comfortable. Overall, it was a beautifully organized trip, and we are very grateful for the care and effort your team put into making our Gangasagar and Kolkata visit memorable. The tour programme was well designed and well organised.The hotels selected were very good and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful driver was provided which is a big relief during long journeys.The tour operators office rang me up from time to time and enquired about the facilities, this was very reassuring.
